Welcome to Shenhong Household Company, also operating as Kinghong Table Lamps & Lights MANUFACTURER ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including purchasing our high-end decorative lighting products, utilizing our OEM/ODM services, and engaging with us for customized lighting solutions.

By accessing our services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our services.

1. General Provisions

Shenhong Household Company is a professional manufacturer established in 2011, specializing in R&D, production, and sales of decorative lighting. We possess independent import and export rights approved by the Chinese government. Our services are primarily aimed at global B2B clients, including brand owners, retailers, and e-commerce sellers in mid-to-high-end markets across Europe and America.

2. Products and Customization Services

2.1 Product Portfolio

We offer a comprehensive range of lighting solutions, including but not limited to table lamps, Tiffany lamps, ceiling lamps, wall lamps, indoor floor lamps, and outdoor lights. All products are designed to meet international quality standards and Western market preferences.

2.2 OEM and ODM Services

We specialize in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) services:

• OEM Services: We manufacture products according to your existing designs, specifications, or brand standards, ensuring stable quality and timely delivery.
• ODM Services: We provide one-stop solutions from concept design, 3D modeling, and prototyping to mass production, leveraging our R&D capabilities and market insights to develop products tailored to your target audience.

For customized orders, final specifications, prototypes, and production timelines must be agreed upon in writing before mass production begins.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We support flexible cooperation models, including small-batch wholesale orders suitable for online sellers (e.g., Amazon, eBay). Payment terms will be specified in the proforma invoice or sales contract provided for each order.

4. Production, Quality Control, and Standards

We operate a 4,000-square-meter production base and implement strict end-to-end quality management from raw material selection to finished product delivery. Our products are manufactured to comply with international standards, holding certifications relevant to target markets, including but not limited to CE (EN55015, EN61547) and ERP for Europe, UL and ETL for the US, as well as ISO 9001 and CB certifications globally.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to provide reliable delivery timelines. Typical delivery periods range from 15 to 35 days, subject to adjustments based on order quantity and customization complexity. While we aim to meet these timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, force majeure events, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Client IP (OEM)

Any designs, specifications, trademarks, or branding materials provided by you for OEM production remain your sole intellectual property. We agree to use such materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and will not disclose or use them for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

6.2 Company IP (ODM & Standard Products)

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract, all designs, models, prototypes, and intellectual property developed by our R&D team under ODM services, as well as our standard product portfolio, remain the exclusive property of Shenhong Household Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shenhong Household Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the products; (b) any conduct or content of any third party relating to the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the services or for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

8. Communication

We are committed to efficient communication and aim to respond to inquiries, design modifications, and technical questions within 24 hours during business days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
